Billing Cycle: Billing is done 1 month in advance of service. If your service begins mid-month, we will pro-rate the charges and bill accordingly. |

Ongoing Services: Customer invoices will be distributed on the 20th of each month (Paperless Billing) for the following month's services. Payments should be received by month end (the 30th or 31st in most cases) to guarantee uninterrupted service. |

Refer A Friend - If you refer a new customer and he/she remains a new client with us for at least 30 days, you will receive 1 free waste clean up (Approximate Value: $15).
