HOUSE SITTING
$10.00

Our Basic Service Includes:

· Thoroughly checking your house and property on a regular basis

· Picking up flyers and newspapers

· Bring in mail

· Water plants indoors and out (There may be an extra charge depending on quantity)

· Bring trash to curb on trash day

· Rotate blinds/lighting if requested

· Adjusting thermostats

· Make sure all windows are closed and locked and all doors

· We also rotate lights and adjust window treatments to give your house a lived-in look.

· $10 per day.  Pricing depends on driving distance.

· No Cleaning included in this package.

(Keys/and or Remotes are safely stored in a Locked Safe.)
